maybe we're being cheesy, but we can't get enough of our new aubergine gratin at the moment

it might have something to do with the layers (and layers) of comté, parmesan, and cheddar running through it, although we can't quite be sure

what we do know is that it's part of our spring menu, and it will be around for the next few months x

allow us to explain: we've said goodbye to the build your-own-style that has formed our dinner menu for the last 6 years because - if there's one thing we've learned - it's that you all prefer a good, honest, classic combination above anything else, and we've got the stats to prove it

so here's to steak and chips forever, and goodbye to salad and gravy while we're at it x
