We believe in using the best of what our region offers, and the kind of independent producers who have a passion for their specialism, wherever possible. This is not only supportive of the local economy and the environment, it makes for very good food. We only go searching further afield when we think it necessary: Colchester oysters and Arbroath Smokies, for example, justify the journey. You’ll find a full list of our suppliers on this site and we hope the proof of the ethos is in the eating.
