Our floor is now sorted, so we will be open from 5:30pm today!

Kilpin will be open from midday as usual!

Just a heads up: we’re ripping out the floor tomorrow morning, and as such, we won’t be open Sunday 27th and Monday 28th!

We apologise for any inconvenience, but this is a long over due job!

Kilpin will be open until early evening on Sunday, as we’re taking the opportunity to have a staff social in the pm!

We’ve always loved Northern Monk (Hop City) is my happy place, so when we were deciding on getting a new permanent line in for those who don’t always want the stronger stuff, it was obvious who we were gonna call!

- Cocktail Sour - 4.5%

A refreshingly sour twist on the classic Mojito, our friends at Vocation have brewed up a cocktail inspired by this nostalgic cocktail!

Zingy lime and floral mint, with hints of comforting vanilla and brown sugar to give it that edge, all wrapped up in the tartness of a sour beer.

Vault City Brewing x Dead End Brew Machine x Tartarus Beers - BA Barley Wine - 8% - the winds seem to be blowing summer away from us, and with it the seasonality* of sour beer starts to be replaced with the call of the darker, more warming beer.

As close to a “session” Barley Wine as you are likely to find, this has been aged for 6 months in ex-whiskey and ex-sherry casks, imparting an almost Christmas Cake sweetness.

Ideal for the December stash!

Carrying on with our love of all things Carnival Brewing Company time to shout out about the 4 remaining bottles of Curtains 2022 we have left!

They claim it’s a “sharer” bottle, but 750ml of imperial stout conditioned on toasted coconut for four weeks sounds like it’s too good to share!!

We’ve been friends with these folks for a few years now, and thought it was a shame that we’ve never actually done owt with them!!

We’ve also got 6 bottles of their FANTASTIC imperial stout - Curtains 2022 - conditioned for 4 weeks on toasted coconut.
