You win. For now. I’m so unbelievably proud of what the guys at mollis have achieved. It’s nothing short of incredible and they should be nothing but proud. The last three weeks since we announced closure have been absolutely fu***ng wild. Nearly 2500 people served in just 12 days shows how much the people love what they do. The food, the service, the vibes all absolutely spot on. I one for one am excited for its next chapter. Massive massive love to all involved and making its last 3 weeks an absolute blast. Peace out.
