Cheese Appreciation Post!!
Casadei Foods who’ve supplied us with amazing vegan mozzarella since 2021 have just won not one but TWO Great taste Awards!! One for their mozzarella alternative (which we always knew was hands down the best in the UK and the other for their newest offering the plant based Straciatella. We love to dollop this on to our pizzas post bake for extra creamy deliciousness.
Also a big shout out to Morsel Adventures for the magic dust that is their plant powered Parmesan! We top our truffle shuffle pizza with the truffle flavoured Parmesan for an extra kick of umami, but it would elevate any pizza on the menu if you ask us!
