And that’s a wrap on our two German evenings. 🇩🇪🤍

What a way to celebrate 27 years of Paul’s.

From the incredible atmosphere and familiar faces to everyone embracing the theme, trying something new and making the evenings so special... thank you.

It was wonderful to share a menu inspired by Paul’s German roots and see so many of you enjoying the dishes that mean so much to him.

To everyone who joined us over the two nights, thank you for celebrating with us. To Richard and Alan for the incredible entertainment! And to our fantastic team, thank you for all of your hard work behind the scenes to make it happen.

We’re incredibly grateful for the support you’ve shown us over the last 27 years, and we’re already looking forward to welcoming you back soon.

27 years ago today, we opened the doors to Paul’s Restaurant. 🤍

What started as Paul’s dream has become something so much bigger than we ever imagined.

Over the last 27 years, we’ve had the privilege of being part of thousands of birthdays, anniversaries, family celebrations, catch-ups and special occasions. We’ve welcomed familiar faces week after week, watched families grow up, and met so many wonderful people who have become part of the Paul’s story.

Hospitality has never been an easy industry, and the last few years have brought challenges none of us could have predicted. That’s why reaching 27 years feels even more special.

To every member of our team, past and present, thank you for everything you’ve contributed along the way.

And to every single person who has chosen to dine with us, recommend us, celebrate with us or simply support us over the years... thank you.

You are the reason we’re still here.

🇩🇪 A few tables have become available for Thursday's German Night.

Due to a couple of last-minute cancellations, we now have limited availability for Thursday 6th August.

This special evening celebrates 27 years of Paul's Restaurant, with a menu inspired by Paul's German heritage and some of his favourite traditional dishes.

Friday 7th August remains fully booked.

Please note that on both Thursday and Friday, we will be serving our German Night menu only.

This means there will be:
• No à la carte menu
• No tapas menu
• No walk-in availability

These two evenings are dedicated entirely to our German Night celebrations.

Our new Tapas Menu is available from this evening 🍷

After such lovely feedback since launching tapas, we’re excited to introduce our new menu with some delicious new dishes for you to enjoy.

From slow-cooked lamb shoulder and king prawns in chilli & garlic, to crispy hake bites, goat’s cheese flatbread, cod cheeks and more… perfect for sharing with a glass of wine or a jug of sangria.

And for those who don’t fancy a Sunday roast in this heat, we’ll also now be serving our Tapas Menu in the Wine Lounge and outside on Sunday lunchtimes ☀️

The response to our German Night has been incredible.

In fact... you’ve completely filled our Friday evening.

So, due to exceptional demand, we’ve added one extra night.

We’re proud to be sponsoring one of our local girls’ football teams last season as U10’s and ongoing to U11’s! ⚽️

As a family business that’s been part of Bottesford for over 27 years, supporting our local community has always been important to us. It’s lovely to be able to give something back and support the next generation doing what they love.

Thank you to everyone who has joined us for tapas so far.

We’ve been overwhelmed by the lovely feedback and it’s been wonderful to see so many of you enjoying our new menu with friends and family.

With the sunshine sticking around, it’s also the perfect excuse to leave the cooking to us. After all, who wants to stand over a hot stove in this weather?

Our tapas menu is available in the Wine Lounge and outdoor seating area every Tuesday–Saturday:

🍷 Evening: 6pm–8:30pm

Perfect for sharing over a glass (or jug!) of sangria and good company.
