Meet the team - say hello to Ed, our new Sous Chef 👋

Ed may be new to the Iberico World Tapas team, but he is not a stranger, as he was a Chef de Partie at our little sister restaurant, Bar Iberico, for a year and a half!

When asked what he was looking forward to doing at Iberico, now as Sous Chef, he replied -
"Perfecting my tortillas!"

When he isn't bustling around the kitchen creating our award-winning dishes, he loves to ride his motorbike!
