19 years open 🥂 and celebrated the best way we know how: with wine, food and great company!

Phil from Hallgarten Wines kicked off the evening with a sparkling from Catalonia before exploring a white, rosé, and red from a Spanish winery we've been stocking for over 10 years - Tandem, of the Navarra region of Spain. We all toasted the end of the evening with a sweet tipple of Muscat from our neighbours in France.

All paired with an abundance of decadent canapés and dishes, and finished with a sweet treat created by our Head Chef, Simon.

Every course was inspired either by beloved dishes over the years or by celebrating Spanish flavours and ingredients in a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand way, but ultimately to bring people around the table together, family-style!
