After much deliberation we have made the decision to end this wild journey we are on.
Cluck Cluck Bang started as a hobby during covid restrictions and snowballed into something much much bigger.
I (Chris) have been in the driving seat for CCB since day 1 and cannot believe how far this crazy ride has come.
Outside of the chicken world I have a full time career and it is now time to break away and concentrate on that as I am unable to split my time and offer both avenues my attention.
CCB has grown into its own entity that unfortunately I cannot give the time and effort it deserves.
At present we have 2 kitchens in Nottingham with a 3rd on the way, we have been in talks with festivals next year and we also had a kitchen in Newcastle lined up; for me this has been a huge success in such a small amount of time but sadly I do not want to continue and neglect CCB in a way that I take my eye off the ball the standards slip, because of this we are closing the doors.
I want to extend a huge thanks to everyone that supported us.
I also want to thank every member of the kitchen team and also all the staff at Billys and The Fleece, we could not of done any of this with out you lot.
I can't believe I'm going to write this, but, go support they'll be flying the chicken flag whilst I'm away.
I'll take it back when I'm ready 😉🤣
