We are expanded and moved to a prime location in the city, right next to the train station. As a result, we are in search of three chefs to contribute to the growth of our business. Specifically, we need two full-time chefs and one weekend chef. The full-time chefs will have every second weekend off, ensuring a good work-life balance. Our operating hours are quite convenient, with our doors open on Monday to Saturday 10 am-10 pm, and Sunday 11 am-7 pm. Staff are expected to arrive 1-2 hours before the opening time for prepping and stay for a bit after closing for cleaning. One of the chefs will start early and finish early, while the other will start late and finish late.
In addition to dining in, we also offer takeaway and direct sales. Our kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including a modern, touchscreen system that consolidates all orders, a digital automatic temperature check, and a label machine to streamline paperwork hassles. Additionally, we have a modern QR-coded table service. We offer flexible payment options, including weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, depending on your preference. Employees are entitled to 28 days of holiday and a paid pension, as well as a day off with pay on their birthday, uniform provided, and meals on duty. Moreover, you and up to four friends can enjoy a 50% discount when you’re not on duty.In this role, you’ll be responsible for various tasks including food preparation, serving food for takeaway and the bar, handling orders, and ensuring the kitchen area is kept clean. You’ll also be expected to assist with customer interactions as needed, although we do have a system and customer service team in place to manage phone calls.
