A Kind Request from Your Friendly Neighbourhood Ramen Shop 🙏

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who chooses to dine with us; your support of our business is incredible. But lately, we’ve been hit hard by an increasing number of no-shows.

As one of very few independent restaurants in the city centre that doesn’t require a deposit to book, we rely heavily on our guests honouring their reservations or letting us know in advance if plans change.

When bookings are made and not kept — without notice — it can be truly crippling for small restaurants like ours.

Empty tables mean lost income, food waste, and a missed opportunity to welcome other guests who would have loved to dine with us.

We love offering a flexible and trust-based booking system, but we kindly ask that you help us keep it that way.

Please honour your reservation, or if you can’t make it, just give us a call or message so we can offer the table to someone else.

Thank you for understanding and for continuing to support local, independent hospitality — especially during these challenging times, both within and beyond the restaurant industry.
