How shall we describe the Ro-Maniac?

It tastes like blue summer skies, fresh Carpathian air and only a vague suspicion of being watched by bears.

In more culinary terms: ciabatta bun with a blend of spiced lamb and pork patty (that's the famous mici - pronounced "mitch"), mustard mayo, lettuce gherkins and crispy onions.

There's nothing like it in Norwich.

🔥 The RO MANIAC 🔥

Created by Vlad's intensely Romanian mind, with international palates in mind.

By popular request, this does indeed contain mici.

Mici is a traditional BBQ dish from Romanian cuisine, consisting of ground meat sausages, with spices which we cannot fully disclose as it would constitute treason.

N.B. mici are not available for Sunday's Romanian extravaganza, but the Ro-Maniac burger will grace our menu for the foreseeable.
