Happy Easter 🐣

This morning, my wife Rosie decided (quite last minute) to make something special for Easter Sunday.

She spent time carefully working on these chocolate buns, being extra fussy about getting the Easter pastel colours just right… adjusting, redoing, until she was happy. They’re soft, fluffy steamed bao with a gooey chocolate lava centre that melts with every bite! A simple, indulgent Easter treat.

It wasn’t planned, just one of those small touches to make the day feel a little more special. They’re completely random, and very limited, she only made 10 portions! Available only today Easter Sunday!
