Well this happened today… 😳🐷

We successfully tendered for SIX County Shows with Quintessentially British Events for 2027!!

Six. 😂

Apparently Paul and I looked at our diary and thought “you know what this needs… more ridiculously early mornings, more miles and a LOT more people to feed.” 🤦‍♀️😂

And possibly a ‘stopover’ in an AirBnB !

With our great team we’ll be taking Piggin’ Out across Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire, and further a field - serving up some proper show-day food — think big flavours, slow-cooked meats, loaded favourites and, of course, plenty of the good stuff that people keep coming back for. 😍

We loved working with QBE this year, so to be working with them again in 2027 genuinely means a lot to us.

Sometimes we have to stop and remind myself that this is our little family business that we get up every day and run together. ❤️ It appears we may know what we are doing!

2027 is already looking slightly bonkers…

Six County Shows secured. 🐷🙌 , 23 Races at Great Yarmouth, and of course our Weddings, Parties and Corporate Clients.

And there’s more to come… 👀

✨ What a setting for a party…

Tonight we had the pleasure of catering for Caroline’s Why Not? Party at the beautiful Garden Pavilion at Thursford — and it really is a little bit magical when all those lights come on. ✨

We kept the food simple, generous and properly Piggin’ Out — a traditional Hog Roast with all the trimmings, fresh rolls and plenty of homemade sauces, served from our rustic setup outside the Pavilion.

There’s something we love about taking a blank space, setting everything up and watching it come to life as the guests arrive. Then comes our favourite bit… feeding everyone. ❤️🐷

A gorgeous venue, a brilliant atmosphere and another very happy crowd.

Big flavour. Zero fuss. Just great food that brings people together.

Freshly prepared this morning and heading to Great Yarmouth Racecourse TODAY!*🐷

Sticky, sweet chilli Pork Belly Bites, cooked until beautifully tender and packed with flavour.

Have them loaded on top of our homemade Mac & Cheese*🤤 or skip the Mac and have the Pork Belly Bites on their own. Or maybe, just maybe, pop them in a wrap!

And yes… that Mac & Cheese is made properly. Double cream, mature cheddar, and our own Piggin’ Out seasoning. Because all Mac & Cheese is definitely NOT the same. 😉

And of course there is Hog Roast, Tennessee Beef Brisket, Jerk Chicken, BBQ Pulled Pork too!

There’s something really special about someone coming back to see us just to tell us how much they loved their food. 💚

Or hearing those words we will NEVER get tired of…

“That’s the best Mac & Cheese I’ve ever tasted.” 🥹🐷

And then you get home and find a recommendation like this waiting for you:

“Wow! Absolutely delicious… Tennessee pulled brisket with mac n cheese and Texan BBQ pulled pork, both with homemade slaw. I can definitely recommend these guys.”

That means a lot to us. We put so much into making our food properly — from our homemade Mac & Cheese to the meats we season, slow cook and load on top. So when somebody takes the time to come back, find us on Facebook or leave a review, it genuinely makes our day.
