I have been terrible at updating the page but I needed to share some exciting news!

I have a new pan 🥳🍾 and I think it is a keeper ❤️

I can't part with my faithful pan but it will be good to have a back up when that one needs a break!

I am trying to keep the shack well stocked but please accept my apologies if the flavour you want isn't there. It is just me that makes the fudge and life is rather hectic this time of year.

If there is ever anything specific you want putting aside to collect, do get in touch.

Apologies for being so quiet on here. It's all a bit manic with my other job, 2 children finishing exams and the summer hols looming.
I am keeping the shack well stocked so do pop by. First oops batch in a while. In the shack from this a.m 🤪
Lots of non oops fudge available. Managed not to ruin the Biscoff, Oreo, Salted Caramel, Chocolate and Raspberry I made yesterday 🥳😋🥳

Good Morning Everyone 🌞🌞

I hope you're all coping in this heat.

This is just a reminder to keep your fudge cool. Although it doesn't need to be kept in the fridge, I would advise finding a cool spot to store it in especially in these temperatures. So, cool, dark room or you can store it in the fridge or even freezer (had a lovely customer who told me she does this and it defrosts fine).

Fudge Cake!

A different request last week. Pretty pleased how it turned out for a first attempt. I hope the recipient was happy with it. Layers of Salted Caramel, Chocolate and Vanilla 😋

2 batches of Vanilla Fudge and 1 Peanut Butter Fudge made this morning.

My first born Erin, turns 18 today 😍🎂🍾 so jobs to be done early and a day of celebration is on the cards when she wakes (I've got a few hours)!

The shack will still be open and we will keep it stocked up.
