Colombian Campo Santo, the current house coffee at our Pottergate cafe! 🇨🇴

Campo Santo is a small family run farm in the mountains of Planadas, Tolima, where Aurora Salinas and her predominantly female team produce beautifully sweet coffees with exceptional care. We’ve been working closely with Aurora and her family for years, and it’s become one of our most loved and reliable coffees harvest after harvest.

Expect a wonderfully sweet and balanced coffee with notes of caramel and orange, perfect for all brewing methods!

New coffee has hit the shelves! ☕️

We’re excited to introduce our latest release from Rosalina Ramos, a passionate producer in the highlands of Honduras!

Every stage of production has been carefully managed, from cultivating healthy coffee trees and selectively hand-picking only ripe cherries, to slowly drying the fruit on raised beds for over two weeks ☀️🌱

This attention to detail allows the coffee’s natural sugars to develop, creating a cup that is complex and delicious! Expect rich notes of biscuit, roasted hazelnut and dried fig with a sweet syrupy body.

As always, you can find this coffee in any of our stores, or on our online shop. Available while stocks last ✌️
