Here’s our take on a sfogliata bread

Traditionally they are a pinwheel layered bread with anchovies and herbs

Ours are topped with a truffle pesto and lots of Parmesan

We serve these with our beef carpaccio

It’s courgette flower season at Benoli - we love having these delicious morsels back on the menu

This year we are stuffing the flower with an aubergine and courgette caponata, we then lightly coat it in a curried batter and deep fry!

It’s all finished with a drizzle of honey with a slab of fresh ricotta

Our agnolotti Carbonara is our signature dish - we stuff our pillow shaped pastas with mascarpone, parmesan and black pepper, the ‘pop’ in your mouth! We always recommend trying this dish if it’s your first time dining with us - you can’t go wrong!
