Chef Nico has prepared a side of whipped ricotta, chilli honey, mint & pine nuts on toasted sourdough and a main of butternut squash orzo with hazelnut pangrattato. My photos don’t do it justice, sorry chef.

And from our new manager, Stella, we have a fresh & zippy cocktail, The Cool Down - cucumber, basil, mint, lime, vermouth, gin. Lovely.
