Hey guys — final call 🇵🇹

I’ve got just a few spots left for my Portugal Supper Club at Melville & Sons on 7th May from 7:30pm, and this one is shaping up to be a brilliant evening.

I’ll be cooking four courses, each paired with some fantastic Portuguese wines and port — all in a relaxed, lively setting.

On the night:
🍸 Spritz on arrival
👨‍🍳 Four-course menu from me
🍷 Incredible Portuguese wines curated by Chris (Hallgarten Wines)
🇵🇹 A special guest joining us from Herdade do Rocim
🍸 Grey Goose espresso martinis to finish
🎶 DJ Joshua Roberts taking us into the evening

It’s one not to be missed — great food, great wines, and a proper atmosphere.

On Thursday 16th April, I’m delighted to be launching my first Supper Club of 2026, in collaboration with Melville & Sons.

Guests will be welcomed with a martini spritz on arrival, before enjoying a bespoke four-course tasting menu that I have created exclusively for this special evening.

In celebration of Malbec Month, each course has been carefully paired with a selected wine, showcasing a range of exceptional expressions of this varietal.

Malbec Tasting Menu

Norfolk Asparagus
Parmesan cream, Parmesan crisp, pickled mushrooms, cured egg yolk

Paired with Blanc de Malbec, Andeluna (Mendoza, Argentina)

Duck Liver Parfait
Dark fruit compote, toasted sourdough

Paired with Malbec, Cahors, K-lys, Clos Troteligotte (France)

Charred Ribeye of Beef
Smoked potato purée, hen of the woods mushrooms, spinach, celeriac, Malbec jus

Paired with Cot Limited Edition, Viña Perez Cruz (Maipo Valley, Chile)

British Cheese
Walnut bread, candied walnuts

Paired with Malbec “Numina”, Bodegas Salentein (Uco Valley, Argentina)

To finish, we’ll be serving Grey Goose espresso martinis, before the evening continues with music from DJ Joshua Roberts.

🇪🇸 Melville & Sons October Wine Dinner — A Spanish Celebration 🇪🇸

I’m delighted to be hosting a special Spanish Wine Dinner on Thursday 23rd October, together with our friends at Hallgarten Wines.

This menu is inspired by the bold, sun-soaked flavours of Spain — with dishes like pan con tomate, chipirones, smoked potato & artichoke terrine with truffle, Iberico ham croquettes, and pork belly, chorizo & chickpea stew. Each course will be beautifully paired with wines from Llopart and Bideona, including a sparkling Cava and a refined Rioja Alavesa.

September Wine Dinner 🍷

I’d love you to join me for a relaxed evening of great food, wine, and company. I’ll be preparing a three-course menu, and each dish will be paired with hand-selected wines from Monte Zovo, a wonderful Lugana producer.

Our wine producer will be with us on the night to guide you through the pairings, share the stories behind the wines, and offer a few tips on how to enjoy them at their best.

This evening is a chance to celebrate food, wine— and it would be especially lovely to see some familiar faces from the restaurant.

✨ What’s Included:

• Fizz and canapés on arrival

• Cromer Crab, pickled cucumber, avocado purée, poached quail egg, puffed rice, paired with Monte Zovo, Custoza 2023

• Norfolk Chicken, roasted squash, shallot purée, kale, sage butter sauce, paired with Monte Zovo, Lugana Terralbe 2024

• Norfolk pear & almond tart, honey ice cream, paired with Monte Zovo, Lugana Riserva Terralbe 2021

Hello everyone, while the restaurant chapter has come to a close, I’m far from hanging up my chef's whites and apron. I’m excited to be starting a new journey— working as a private chef, bringing fine food and tailored dining experiences straight to your home, workplace, or special event.

Whether it’s an intimate dinner, a celebration, or a corporate gathering, I’ll bring the same attention to detail, creativity, and flavour that defined the restaurant — just in a more personal setting.
