I know childcare is a bit of a hot topic at the moment and if your child is (5 or under) and staying home, please feel free to bring them along to your PT session and they can join in! I have weights, kids boxing gloves and other activities for them to do to be able to participate! Make sure to let me know in advance. All will be covid-safe.

Hi All, with the new year around the corner and tier 4 keeping gyms closed, keeping fit and healthy has never been more important for mind and body. I will be offering the following
- PT sessions 1 to 1only in outdoor space, equipment provided, book before January 7th to pay just £20/ph for every session!
- 1 to 1 Zoom sessions, £12.50/ph
- premade group zoom sessions with your choice of friends.Minimim 4, Max 10, £4 each
- set drop in zoom sessions which will be in the evening and some mornings. Will be posted on Instagram and Facebook with the link to each. Donations welcome.

❤️ love for Marney always. A black coffee with a dash a milk 💔

We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of our dear friend Marney this weekend. She was a member of The Garage family for many years, working on our Front of House team and more recently as a participant on one of our classes.

Sending our condolences to Marney's loved ones during this difficult time. She will be missed by all.

NR2 friends and beyond! If we were to open a cafe in the old bowling pavilion in Heigham Park, would you visit us? Also if you could comment any other useful info, like how often you visit the park and why that would also be extremely helpful! We are putting together a bit of market research! Thank you!
