A two week period of staff maintenance to refresh and make sure I can keep doing what I do.

Peach Slices cold brew is coming to an end. Batches have been brewed and are available this week then it's likely all done. If we get a hot September some form of cold brew will return but it's not likely to be this peachy madness.

Actually it's not, not at all. Milky Cake is back on the shelf along with a washed Ethiopian, washed Kenyan and an anaerobic natural Rwandan. Great stuff all round again from DAK.

So.... Peach Slices from Coborn was meant to launch a fortnight ago but I sold it all before I had a chance to tell the internet it was available!

Good news: I bought a bunch more and it's on the shelf from today. Also being brewed as filter or guest espresso on demand.

It's a ridiculous experimental process Colombian coffee that's incredibly aromatic and juicy.

Some info from the roastery:

"This coffee was exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation period of 72 hours with the pulp on. During this fermentation stage, dried nectarines were added. The coffee cherries were then pulped and placed to dry on raised beds until the ideal moisture content was achieved."
