OK, so one of our elderly air conditioning units has had a nervous breakdown! But we've still got two going, and it's at least ten degrees cooler in the restaurant than your house!

So, come over today, we have plenty of tables, relax, and enjoy not having to cook in this weather! (And remember, we've got a good stock of Ronaldos vegan ice creams and sorbets...)

It's our birthday next month!

We've got a couple of special events to celebrate 15 years of River Green restaurant in Trowse!

We have a special Supper Club on Tuesday June 30th! Chris will be preparing a five course sharing menu plus canapes and drinks for you, and up to ten fellow foodies. Cost is £78, tickets available online:

On Saturday July 4th, we'll be doing a special birthday-themed menu, but there'll be a 15% discount on all food as a special thank you for your support over the years! At the end of July we'll be closed for a few days for a small refurb and tidy up of some areas, ready for the next fifteen years!

They're going to be for sale in the restaurant (I believe the young people call it 'Merch?') But one of you can win one in a competition to celebrate our 15th birthday!

First of our 15th birthday events...

The return of Chris' Supper Club, after an absence of a year!

On Tuesday June 30th, You can join Chris and up to ten fellow foodies for a special five course sharing menu plus canapes devised with the freshest local ingredients.

The evening will start around 7pm with canapes, and there'll be plenty of food, chat and stories, with Chris cooking and explaining all the dishes for you.
