This is Phoebe, and she has worked at The Waffle House for 4 years!
Her favourite dish is a tough choice, but probably the bolognaise and cheese sauce, maybe even followed by a pecan and butterscotch waffle

Phoebe’s favourite thing about the waffle house is the people! Both the friendly, fun team and our lovely regulars. She also loves the coffee! When not at the waffle house, she loves reading and playing the piano.

Phoebe is a star 🌟 and we couldn’t be without her. Always kind, hardworking and brilliant with customers ❤️

Taking place from 18 July to 31 August, we’re celebrating this National Year of Reading and Norwich’s rich literary legacy with VisitNorwich waffle House Norwich are offering this gorgeous Paddington Bear teddy in exchange for your child’s colouring sheet to join in the fun at Norwich City of Stories Summer Trail!
