Chef Jorge shows us the various tiger prawns we have available at Jorge's.

Small: Serveral of these are served as starters on our dinner menu and they are also available on the lunch menu. (Very popular so far and large in size)

Medium: 2 impressive prawns of this size are served as part of our "Terra & Mar" dish on the dinner menu

Giant: Enjoy our Mozambique Tiger Prawn cooked in our chargrill, they are HUGE!!!! You must try this when you book in for dinner! In our opinion it is tastier than lobster!
