Join us for a special evening to celebrate the launch of our Cuvee Royale, a standout new release from Chet Valley Vineyard.

Hosted at The Britons Arms, this intimate dinner will showcase a thoughtfully curated four-course menu, each dish expertly paired with our wines to highlight the character and versatility of the new Cuvée.

The Menu

Appetisers
Three oysters:
– Classic mignonette
– Poached with lemongrass and ginger
– Crispy fried with Guinness syrup
Paired with Cuvée Royale

Starter
Ceviche of cod on rye toast, with lemon gel, fresh dill, pickled shallot, confit tomato, and shredded fennel
Paired with Cuvée Royale

Main Course
Seared scallop, grilled king prawn, poached turbot, and smoked salmon, served with pea purée, cured egg, prawn velouté, and pomme purée, alongside cauliflower, steamed broccoli, and sugar snap peas
Paired with Siskin Rosé

Dessert
Gooseberry posset with gingersnap biscuits, candied almonds, and redcurrants
Paired with Demi-Sec

The evening will conclude with tea or coffee.
