Tried out the Christmas dinner pizza today.

Gravy base, fior de latte cheese, roast chicken, sausage meat stuffing balls, crushed roast potatoes, spinach and finished with cranberry sauce.

The staff absolutely loved it. Winner winner, Christmas dinner.

Our normal kitchen team, Wednesday to Saturday, The Recipe , are away this week.
But La Repubblica Della Pizza will be in cooking their amazing pizzas.
