Spoil yourself with a steak starter. Hereford fillet sautéed fast so it stays tender with asparagus and sweet cherry tomatoes that brighten every bite. Finished with S. Jorge cheese a treasure from the Azores bringing tangy cheddary depth and a subtle peppery warmth as it melts through the meat. Rich fresh and completely moreish.
