Piggies Roasts We serve the pig either in bread rolls for a minimum of 150 or plated in conjunction with other caterers.

Using our own unique trailer based spit roasting machine we cook a raw pig on site in four hours to create delicious succulent meat covered in the best crackling possible. Other than the market we attend functions at many of the local wedding venues where we cater for evening guests quickly and efficiently. We also have a giant frying pan in which we cook Tartiflette, a French dish originating fro

m the Alps. This is a moorish and filling dish and easy to serve up to 200 guests in a very short time.
