Saturday strategy session ☕️✨

After a viewing this morning, Caroline and I headed to HOME CAFE in Norwich for our usual weekly strategy meeting.

We do this every Saturday — same routine, different café vibes — and honestly, it’s become one of my favourite parts of the week. No office walls, no pressure… just the two of us talking openly about the business, our goals, and what’s next.

It’s amazing how much clarity you get when you step out of the “work” environment and into a space that feels calm and real.

PS get yourself to Home Cafe. it’s a Greek style cafe with pastries to die for. It was amazing, friendly service, relaxed AND OMG I’ve just had a syrup sponge cake to die for that was baked fresh this morning!
