Dear customers,

We at dragon palace try to provide a high level of standard across all aspects of the business from our food to customer service.

From time to time mistakes are made but we always try to ensure that the matter is resolved for our customers as soon as possible.

We are aware of a complaint that has been raised on social media and have already tried to work with this customer to resolve but unfortunately we’ve not been able to. Whilst we are a small family run business, we have been well established in the area for over 25 years. We are exceptionally qualified, and regulated by the Broadland environmental health service who we’ve always worked closely with and maintained all relevant certificates.

We’d like to thank all of our valued customers for your support, but I will NOT tolerate racist abuse being sent to my personal Facebook account.
