Hello Tearoom lovers!
I hope you are all well and have a nice week planned? I just wanted to let you know that the tearoom is closed this week for our holidays… I say that- Rob and I are making the outbuilding in to his office, and painting one of the spare bedrooms in the never ending house renovation… although it is slowly starting to feel like home!
This is a pic of the garden from when we moved in 6 months ago and the second one I took this morning…
I think I’ll be happy to be back at work when we reopen at 10:30am next Wednesday 26th August with lots of lovely cakes, afternoon teas, lunches and absolutely no paintbrushes in sight! If you have emailed or sent a booking request I will be in touch next week.

Hello tearoom lovers, we are closing at 2pm today and last orders are at 1pm.

Good morning tearoom lovers! Just a little post to say hello and thank you for keeping us so busy since Christmas. You are all so lovely and I can’t thank you enough for your support.
We are closed this week for a bit of a break- although this picture would say otherwise!
A lot of you know we moved house a couple of weeks ago and the renovations are fully underway- and that’s what I’m spending my week off doing. This was me at 11pm the other night ripping up old carpet with the help of Mabel… Rob wasn’t happy about late night spur of the moment house wrecking but I was thrilled, especially to find lovely old tiles underneath. Today it’s painting and scraping off old wallpaper. I’ll be happy to be back at work next week for a break!
I’ll respond to all emails and voicemails when I’m back at the tearoom on Tuesday afternoon (7th) and we will see you from Wednesday 8th April for business as usual, with plenty of cake and cups of tea!
