A night to remember at the Northampton Tourism Business Ambassadors Dinner on 5th February 🌺 ✨

We were proud to showcase the very best of Northamptonshire, with a menu rooted entirely in local produce. From Moulton College beef featured in our beef bone marrow butter and beef tartare, to Chef Bart’s own walled garden vegetables bringing freshness and seasonality to every plate 🌱

It was a real pleasure to welcome Moulton College students who supported the evening, helping to serve, announce each course, and assist Head Chef Bart in the kitchen with food preparation. Their professionalism and enthusiasm added so much to the experience 👏

A heartfelt thank you to Northampton College students for the beautiful floral displays that brightened the room and added such stunning colour to the evening 🌸

The night was perfectly paired with Northamptonshire wines, making it a truly special celebration of local talent, local produce, and everything beautiful our county has to offer 🍷

The 5th of February was a reminder of just how incredible local Northamptonshire wines are becoming. At the Northampton Tourism Business Network Ambassadors’ Dinner we were spoiled with four absolute standouts:

Provenance matters to us.

🌺For our current Hibiscus and upcoming menus, we are proud to partner with Moulton College, showcasing exceptional beef sourced just five miles from our kitchen. It’s a collaboration rooted in quality, education, and respect for where our food comes from.

Our Moulton beef tartar is served with kimchi, crispy quail egg, miso, and ginger dressing — a dish that celebrates farm to fork.

This partnership will feature across our next two menus and beyond, because knowing where your food comes from is just as important as how good it tastes. 🥩✨
