WILL YOU SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES

Before any final decisions are made, we need clarity and evidence from West Northamptonshire Council.

These burger vans have been part of our town for over 10 years without causing issues. They’ve served local people, followed the rules as far as we’re aware, and become a valued part of the community.

So what has changed?

If there are valid reasons—whether it’s licensing, planning rules, or safety concerns—then the council should be transparent and provide the evidence behind this decision.

Local people deserve clear answers, not silence.

We’re asking for:
• The specific reason for the eviction
• Any complaints or reports that led to this decision
• Details of any consultation carried out
• What options (if any) were offered to these businesses

This isn’t about confrontation—it’s about fairness and accountability. If the decision is justified, show the evidence. If not, listen to the community.
