Freddy’s specialises in Kentucky fried chicken and our spicy wings are very famous . Recently we introduced the grilled peri peri chicken in our stores. We also do good quality pizzas for our valued customers’. At the moment we have a total of 12 branches in UK and still counting! Freddy’s Chicken delivers products of prime quality. Our food is served fresh and we always use the best ingredients f

or our menu. We use proven equipment and production techniques to ensure consistency in taste and presentation. First of all we are not in the business of selling franchises! We are interested only in establishing a franchise network that’s successful in the long term. Franchising in our book is not about us simply trying to find people with the money to invest. Long-term success in franchising involves us building relationships with our franchisees where mutual dependency, co-operation, trust and respect are the key to the future success of the whole network. Fried chicken is the fastest growing of all fast foods. In 2008, according to a Mintel report, fried chicken represented 4% of the country’s eating-out market, a sector estimated to be worth £15bn-£20bn. Its market share looks likely only to increase; fried chicken retailers saw sales grow by 36% from 2003 to 2008, compared with just 22% in the fast-food sector as a whole. Freddy’s Chicken is now expanding and we have a variety of new franchise opportunities right now in several locations. Main responsibilities:
The duties of the manager will include:
• Plan, organize, direct, control the frying section of the kitchen on a daily basis.
• Preparing the mixture of herbs and spices and breading mix for marinating and coating maintaining specified temperatures.
• Prepare a variety of fried foods such as chicken, lamb and fish monitoring the usage of materials, herbs, spices and the temperatures.
• Preparing strategy for bulk orders, order materials, maintaining stock and conduct the food preparation in an organized fashion to meet the deadlines.
• Create and innovate new fried food cuisines, conducting some market research, analyse the response from the customers in liaison with the manager.
• Liaison with the manager in order to achieve set revenue targets, development of fried food menu and implementation of agreed upon operational decisions.
• Participate in the kitchen staff recruitment, conducting their appraisals and maintaining records.
• Maintaining all sorts of kitchen equipment, taking care of health and hygiene matters and compliance of fire safety regulations
