We owe you all a big apology. Earlier today we announced that we were going cashless, and honestly? We got that completely wrong.

You've reminded us of something really important — an ice cream parlour is for everyone. Kids clutching their pocket money, grandparents treating the grandchildren, families on a day out. Cash is how so many of our favourite customers pay, and we should never have lost sight of that.

We heard every single one of your comments, and we take them to heart. So as of right now, that decision is reversed. We will absolutely be continuing to accept cash — always.
