You can't beat a classic cantucci with a twist. I basically have one standard cantucci recipe that I just change up, depending on my taste and mood. Today I wanted to bake a nutella inspired biscotti .
One bowl method and ready in no time. The photo was taken before the second bake.
I've attached a photo from my first cookbook Southern Italian Family Cooking with my original recipe. Have a play and let me know how you get on.
Today I used 100g dark chocolate chips along with 100g hazelnuts and 15g sifted cocoa powder.
