👨🍳 WE’RE LOOKING FOR A CHEF! 👩🍳
The Charles Bradlaugh is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced part-time chef to join our kitchen team.
Approx. 20 hours per week with an immediate start available.
We’re looking for someone who actually gets excited about good pub food.
🥩 Proper homemade Sunday roasts
🍔 Big, award-worthy burgers using quality ingredients
🍞 Homemade buns and freshly prepared food
🔥 A kitchen that wants to keep improving what we do
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Experienced in a professional kitchen — experience is essential
• Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
• Clean, tidy and organised
• Proactive — someone who sees what needs doing and gets on with it
• Enthusiastic about food and takes pride in what leaves the kitchen
• Reliable and comfortable working as part of a busy team
• And importantly… has a personality!
We don’t want someone who just clocks in and clocks out. We want somebody who wants to be part of what we’re building, bring ideas to the kitchen and help us make our food even better.
Training will be provided on the job, but previous kitchen experience is necessary.
Please note that uniform is not provided, so you will need your own suitable kitchen clothing and footwear.
