We’re looking for a Part-Time Chef to join our team 👨‍🍳

We’ve already got a fantastic, friendly kitchen team and we’re looking for someone new to join us as we continue to grow.

We love making food from scratch, trying new things and creating dishes that are a little different from the usual café offering. We’re looking for someone who loves good food, enjoys being creative and wants to bring their own ideas too.

And there’s something new coming… 👀

We’re currently developing a Friday & Saturday evening service, with a new menu available to sit in or takeaway. We’ve got plenty of ideas already, but nothing is set in stone. Our new chef will have the opportunity to get involved and help us shape what comes next.

We want the evenings to be fun too, with ideas such as live music and singers as we create a different atmosphere for Friday and Saturday nights. 🎶

The role will start at around 15–20 hours per week, increasing to approximately 25–30 hours when our evening service launches. Evening shifts will initially finish around 9:30pm, with the potential for more hours and extended opening times as it grows.

Previous professional kitchen experience is required, but finding someone who fits our friendly team is just as important to us.

Sharing with Adam’s permission ❤️

I spotted Adam’s post in our local Pineham community group and asked if he would mind me sharing it too.

I think this is such a lovely idea, and it takes a huge amount of courage to speak so openly about something so many people struggle with.

Adam’s first Walk & Talk is this Sunday at 10am, meeting outside Pineham Barns Primary School, with the walk finishing back at Genevieve’s Cafe.

We’re very happy to support Adam and will be here to welcome everyone afterwards. ❤️

Hi everyone! We’re Genevieve’s Café in Pineham Village, Northampton 👋

We wanted to share our current menu as we currently have 12 gluten-free options, covering breakfast, brunch and lunch, plus we also offer a gluten-free Sunday Lunch including desserts! 🍽️💛

Our new Autumn Menu is coming soon and we’d love to hear from the local gluten-free community too. What dishes would you love to see us add?

We’re family friendly with a small FREE soft play area for little ones, plus free parking and we’re dog friendly too.

Hi everyone! We’re Genevieve’s Café in Pineham, Northampton.

We wanted to share our current menu as we have 16 vegetarian options and 4 vegan options, and we use vegan butter as standard in our kitchen. 💚

Our new Autumn Menu is coming soon and one of the things we’d really like to do is increase our vegan options, so we’d love to hear from local vegans, what would you genuinely love to see on a café menu?

We’re open 7 days a week and also have free parking, a small free soft play for little ones and we are dog friendly. 🐶
