We make the entirety of this drink in-house - from the marigold syrup and clarifying the grapefruit juice, up to designing the label and bottling the cocktail. Light and refreshing, it’s an interesting alternative to an Aperol spritz and is our Head Bar Tender’s favourite.

It seems the sun always shines on Business Lunches with Brian Wrigley at Nuovo these days.
