We offer authentic Asian dining with a touch of class and comfort. Our food is based on traditional recipes from Bangladesh and Nepal but given a modern makeover to reflect our sophisticated and elegant dining room. We use only the freshest ingredients and our chefs’ attention to detail ensures they strive for perfection on every plate. Our dishes are impeccably presented but it is the flavour of

the food itself that truly stands out. Many of the dishes feature complex spice blends that have been lovingly crafted by our team of award-winning chefs. While many dishes are curry house staples we also have a number of specials which cannot be found on other menus in the county, such as lime and ginger seabass, cinnamon duck or our range of healthy curries produced by our brilliant executive chef Bodrul Islam for those wanting to enjoy the classic taste of the sub-continent whilst counting the calories. Service is attentive yet relaxed, helping diners enjoy their meal and their visit to Saffron at all times. We are modern, we are innovative but we respect our past and our culinary heritage. We have a deep-rooted commitment to Northamptonshire produce and producers. We are a part of the food community in the county and we firmly believe it is vital that we should support each other wherever possible. Our surroundings are important to us and we want to celebrate the best the county has to offer, while showcasing the cuisine of our forefathers in our own countries. Our fresh naan dough is hand-stretched and cooked in an authentic tandoori clay oven, reaching temperatures of up to 500°C. The result? A perfectly charred exterior, soft and fluffy centre, and that unmistakable tandoori flavour.
