Another pudding club done, another lovely evening at V and B Northampton

Our South East Asian themed night was all about delivering the kind of food you know us for - strong flavour combinations, interesting textures and comforting food with a twist - aromatic spices, citrus hits and a decent amount of umami notes that region is known for.

Your wonderful feedback last night made us feel that we'd achieved our goal! What was your favourite course?

🇦🇹 OCTOBER MENU DROP 🇦🇹

No we can't pronounce half the names either, but next month is all about Austria!

We'll be fully into autumn, so those alpine flavours are perfect for the season. Think cinnamon, caraway, pumpkin seed...

Bookings open at 7pm next Wednesday (16th September) so set those alarms as we have been consistently fully booked for our last four events!

🇰🇭🇻🇳🇹🇭 NEXT WEEK 🇹🇭🇻🇳🇰🇭

Well it feels like ages ago since our last pudding club! We've come to the end of our summer break and our sold out South East Asian event is taking place in just over a week.

Which means that before we know it, we'll be surrounded by miso, pandan custard, tamarind...

It also means that it's almost time to launch our October menu! So the question is: what's the theme/country/region we're going for? Any ideas?

We may be taking a break in August... but here's what to expect in September!

We had the best time last night! Hope you all did too! Even though the weather has been all over the place, our Italian dishes made it feel like summer has arrived...
