With a heavy heart I allow this post to go out to the social media massive!
After a period of heartache and not sure of the right decision to make as business owners, we have decided to close Pinch My Bun.
The industry is crippled and with recruitment issues, food costs and the general uncertainty and as a tiny little business we have to face the reality. We will be honouring all Christmas bookings and are looking forward to the stunning room we refurbished for functions and the potential of a different type of food offer next year. Dale and I would like to give a huge shout out to the support we’ve had this year and it’s never gone unnoticed!

When you opened the curtains this morning and saw doom and gloom, praying the boss will let you work from home so you don’t get your mullet wet. Just remember the good times, the sun, the warm weather, the T-shirt off praying no one looks at your wobbly bits, and of course, these fu***ng sexy short rib Bao buns with Gochujang Mayo, cooked in the blistering heat, by some sweaty chefs which we as company appreciate soo much, the industry is struggling for staff, we’ve built a family, it’s small, it’s tight, we all have our little struggles but we help each other out when needed.
•
We’ve been super busy with events/restaurant/takeaways over the last few weeks so let’s keep this going and get yourselves booked in. Means we can grow and expand menus, be more playful, do filthy things.
