A little Sunday escape, tucked away along the canal.☕️

If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful to spend a little time today, follow the Leeds & Liverpool Canal towpath from Silsden and come and find us beside the water. 🌿🌳
📍 We are located to the right hand side of the swing bridge in Kildwick village.

Our Cafè is the perfect spot to settle in with a coffee, something delicious and a little time to yourself. ☕️🧁

Sometimes the nicest Sundays are the simple ones. 🤍

☀️ A MAGICAL WEEKEND ☀️

Jam packed doesn’t even cover it! 🥹❤️

We just wanted to take a minute to say a huge thank you to every single person who has visited us this week. The messages, the kind words, the reviews, the photos, the support, seeing the smiles on people’s faces… honestly, it’s been completely overwhelming.

The amount of love people show our little café really does feel like a dream. 💭 We feel so incredibly lucky to have such wonderful people behind us, and we never take it for granted. ❤️

We’ve had sunshine, rain, pizza, plenty of cake and today we had the absolute pleasure of spending the day with Herd & Hive Ltd as they hosted their third Bee Day with us! 🐝🍯

Herd & Hive, thank you for another brilliant day. You should be so proud of what you’ve created. We absolutely love working with you and being able to share your wonderful business with our customers.
Your passion, ideas and dedication brought so much to our canal-side café today. It was magical to see. ✨ You’ve created something so inspiring, and we’re so proud to have your beautiful honey here with us! 🍯❤️

✨ SATURDAY EVENING AT CANAL SIDE CAFÉ! 🌅

We’re delighted to be opening again from 4:30pm until late this Saturday (8th August) for another Canal Side evening! 🍔🌭🍕🍻

Our last evening opening absolutely blew us away with the incredible support! ❤️
We honestly never know what to expect when we open late, and the last one was busier than we could have imagined. 🥹✨
We know there were some longer waits, and we’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who was so patient with us. Every event helps us learn, improve and grow, and we really appreciate your understanding during our busiest times.

FOOD:
🍔 🌭 Canal Side Café’s burgers & hot dogs
🍕 Amazing fresh pizzas from Dave's Artisan Wood-Fired Pizza Company (made fresh to order, so please be patient if we’re busy!)

DRINKS:
Alcoholic beverages, milkshakes, hot drinks and cold drinks.
There’s something for everyone! 🥤☕️🍹

📢 POLITE REMINDER 🚨
The café will close as normal at 4:00pm and will reopen at 4:30pm.
This half-hour gives us chance to clean, restock, reset for the evening and, if we’re lucky, enjoy a quick five-minute break! 😄

🐾 Dogs are welcome (please keep them on a lead).
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Families welcome – bring everyone along for a relaxed evening by the canal!

We genuinely couldn’t do it without you. Thank you for everything you do behind the scenes (and in front of the camera!), for keeping us organised, coming up with brilliant ideas, and making Canal Side Cafe what it is.

Remember our post a few weeks ago about Isaac becoming Student of the Year… and of course, his famous chocolate éclairs? 🍫✨

Well, he’s only gone and landed himself a full-time job in a 5⭐ restaurant! 👨‍🍳🎉

We couldn’t be prouder of you, Isaac. You’ve worked incredibly hard, and your enthusiasm, commitment, and passion for cooking have shone through every single day. The whole Canal Side Café team is so grateful for everything you’ve brought to our kitchen (including your wonderful singing)🎶, and we’re honoured to have been a part of your journey. ❤️

While we’re absolutely thrilled for Isaac as he starts his exciting new adventure in just a few weeks, it does mean we’ll be looking for someone to join our team! 👋
