👨‍🍳 We’re Growing Our Kitchen Team! 👨‍🍳

Due to the fantastic support we’ve received since taking over The Bluebell, we’ll soon be looking for another chef to join our kitchen team, with a start date in early September.

If you’re passionate about fresh food, enjoy working in a friendly, hardworking team, and take pride in producing great quality dishes, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re really excited to introduce our take on this British classic!

Made with local pork pie, local ham, vintage cheddar, a soft-boiled egg, fresh salad, celery, pickles, chutney and warm crusty bread, it’s everything a proper Ploughman’s should be – fresh, hearty and packed with flavour.

Alongside our new Ploughman’s, we’re also serving:

🍽️ Our Sunday Menu Has Arrived 🍽️

The wait is finally over… we’re delighted to share our Sunday menu with you, featuring all your favourites – including our traditional roast dinners! 🍽️😋

Just a little note about our roasts… We’ll be serving food from 12:00pm–8:00pm every Sunday, but we don’t have a set finish time for our roast dinners. We’ll be serving our roasts until we sell out, so how long they’re available simply depends on how busy we are on the day.

If you’ve been looking forward to a Sunday roast, we’d highly recommend booking a table to avoid missing out! 😊

Following our Environmental Health inspection this morning, The Bluebell has been awarded a 5⭐ Food Hygiene Rating – the highest rating possible! 🎉

Since taking over, we’ve worked tirelessly behind the scenes to create a pub we’re truly proud of. From the kitchen to the front of house, every detail has mattered, and this 5-star rating is a reflection of the care, commitment and high standards we’ve set from day one.

A huge thank you to our incredible team for their hard work and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene every single day.

And of course, thank you, our wonderful customers, for your continued support. We look forward to welcoming you where you can dine with confidence knowing we take great pride in everything we do.

What a game and what an atmosphere! England are through to the semi-finals, and we couldn’t be happier! 👏🍻

We’d like to just take this moment to say a massive thank you to everyone who has joined us for the football over the last few weeks. Whether you’re one of our wonderful regulars or you’ve discovered The Bluebell for the first time, you’ve helped make every match day feel really special.
