It’s finally here! Today welcomes the Rundle Cup 2026, one of the biggest and most prestigious events in the polo world, and we can’t wait to be part of such an incredible day.

🎟️ Please note this is a ticketed event.

If you’re joining us, make sure you stop by the Armed Forces Community Hub & Café, open 9:00am–5:00pm and serving everything you need to keep you going throughout the day.

☀️ Early Closing Today – 1:00pm ☀️

With another day of exceptionally high temperatures forecast, we’re making the decision to close at 1:00pm today.

The café and grounds have been extremely quiet during the hottest part of the day, which is completely understandable. As many of our wonderful customers are dog owners, we know you’re doing the right thing by keeping your four-legged friends safe and avoiding walks in the midday heat.

Our wooden café building also becomes incredibly warm, so closing a little earlier allows us to look after the wellbeing of our staff and volunteers while demand is very low.

Thank you, as always, for your understanding and continued support. We hope everyone stays safe, stays hydrated, and keeps cool in this heat. We look forward to welcoming you back soon! ❤️☀️

☀️ Today’s Opening Hours – Closing Early Due to the Heat ☀️

With temperatures expected to reach 35°C this afternoon, we’ve made the decision to close at 1pm today.

As many of our wonderful customers are dog owners, we know that most people sensibly avoid walking their dogs during the hottest part of the day. Combined with the extreme heat, this means the café and grounds become very quiet.

Our wooden café building also becomes extremely warm, so closing a little earlier helps us look after the wellbeing of our staff and volunteers during the hottest part of the day.

✨ Create Your Own Beautiful Fused Glass Lantern! ✨

Looking for something creative to do this September? Join Twisted Glass by Sandra for a relaxing and enjoyable Lantern Fused Glass Workshop at The Army Hub Café.

🗓 Thursday 17th September
🕑 2:00pm – 4:00pm
📍 The Armed Forces Community Hub & Café, Arcot Road, Tidworth, SP9 7AH

During this hands-on workshop you’ll design your own stunning fused glass lantern using beautiful coloured glass. No experience is needed – just bring your imagination, and Sandra will guide you every step of the way.

✨ £35 per person (includes all materials)
✨ £15 non-refundable deposit secures your place
✨ Your finished lantern will be kiln-fired and ready to collect approximately 10 days after the workshop.

Places are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment!
