The Sicilian started life as our August Special, but you lot loved it SO much it earned itself a permanent place on the Uncle’s menu. ❤️

Authentic Italian fennel-infused salsiccia, creamy stracciatella, caramelised onions, roasted red peppers, crispy onions, baby spinach, Pecorino Romano, black pepper and our signature hot honey.

If you missed it the first time around, good news… it’s not going anywhere. 🇮🇹
