Weโ€™re jumping on an exercise bike at The Salutation as we take on a massive challenge for CALM โ€“ Campaign Against Living Miserably. ๐Ÿšฒ๐Ÿ’›

Our mission? Cycle the 282-mile distance from Tynemouth to Wembley and reach our destination in time for kick-off of England ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ vs Spain ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ at 7:45pm on Saturday 26th September!

Throughout the day, our team will be taking turns on the bike, clocking up the miles and hopefully raising as much money as possible for an incredible cause. ๐Ÿ’›
