Fresh fish, freshly fried! 🐟

Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at our fresh fish being fried today in our traditional beef dripping fat. Using beef dripping gives the fish that beautifully crisp, golden coating while adding a delicious depth of flavour.

We take pride in using quality ingredients and traditional cooking methods to make sure every portion is cooked fresh, crispy and full of flavour — just the way it should be.

Fresh fish, proper chips and that unmistakable taste of traditional frying. ❤️

We are delighted and incredibly proud to announce that our Health & Safety visit on the 3rd went exceptionally well, with no concerns raised and a fantastic five-star result! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was our new Manager’s first Health & Safety inspection, and we couldn’t be prouder of her and the entire team for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to maintaining such high standards.

A huge well done to everyone involved — this is a fantastic achievement and a testament to the team’s continued commitment to health, safety, and excellence. 🎉👏
