Well today’s the day!! After 14 years we are closing our doors for the last time. Thanks so much to everyone who has sent us best wishes - we are awash with beautiful cards and I’ve run out of vases 😂. Thanks too to all the wonderful staff we have worked with over the years from Kevin and Darius our first chefs through to our many fantastic baristas, waitresses, and washer uppers!!Special thanks and love must go to our two greatest supporters our kids who started the journey running down the Brae from Primary, getting off the high school bus and working long shifts during weekends and holidays. Thanks guys 😍. Thanks to every single person who chose Rankins for a coffee, breakfast, lunch or just a delicious cake it has meant so much to us. And so a new chapter begins as we pass the baton over to the new owners. You can rest assured they will be supplying many wonderful cakes 😉. We wish them all the best. Derek and Sue x
