Someone has only gone and played a little prank on us!

We received a phone call on Saturday from ‘Dan’ — our singer for this Saturday — cancelling the show.

BUT… plot twist! 👀

This isn’t the case, and luckily for us, Dan WILL be gracing us with his talent this Saturday night! 🎤🎶

So, SAVE THE DATE… AGAIN! 📅

Come on down to the Fox and Hounds for a night of great songs, dancing, plenty of laughs and, of course, a few bevy’s! 🍻💃🕺

❤️ Celebrating a life, sharing good food ❤️

Today, we wanted to share something a little more personal with you.

Recently, we had the privilege of providing the buffet for the funeral of Val Fernandez, aged 92.

Val was originally from Jamaica and joined the RAF, where he served as a chef — a career that clearly left its mark on his family.

One of Val’s biggest fans was his great-grandson, our very own Chef Harley. ❤️

Harley followed in his great-grandad’s footsteps and became a chef himself, and we feel incredibly lucky to have him as part of Team Fox.

The buffet was prepared with the same care and attention to detail that we put into everything that comes out of our kitchen. From sandwiches and savouries to sweet treats and all the little extras, we want to help make these occasions just a little easier for families.

At the Fox & Hounds, we can provide buffets for wakes, celebrations of life, birthdays, parties, work events and other occasions, with menus tailored to suit your needs.

And while food is only a small part of saying goodbye to someone you love, we know how important it can be to have one less thing to worry about.

Rest peacefully, Val. ❤️
