Morning comforts on our brunch menu this autumn, and they’re a mushroom-lover’s dream!🍁

Introducing our herb-roasted field mushrooms on toasted brioche, spinach & fried Witney duck egg, and our smoked salmon, truffle and mushroom velouté, poached eggs, Forge House sourdough, crème fraiche & dill.

Our brunch menu is available Tuesday - Saturday, 9am - 11:45am, and we highly recommend booking to avoid disappointment!

We are hiring a superstar kitchen porter!🌟

Join our dedicated team in our Michelin-recommended restaurant, as a reliable kitchen porter to support our chefs and front-of-house team! You’ll keep washing up and cleaning moving efficiently, assist with light kitchen preparation, and help maintain a welcoming environment for customers, colleagues and visitors.

The role is Tuesday - Friday, from 8am until the end of the working day (around 4pm), with occasional evening events and Saturday holiday cover. From £13 per hour, with full benefits package available.

Taking inspiration from our local woodlands, this month’s supper is shaped by the season’s quieter abundance, with hearty ingredients including squash, pumpkin, and wild mushrooms all at their best.

What’s on our Autumn Festival menu this Saturday 3rd October?🍂

From our trailer, we’ll be serving seasonal warmers including roast wild boar baps, and king oyster mushroom baps, along with homemade celeriac and apple soup!

From inside our Yurt restaurant, we will be serving our regular brunch and à la carte menus, we highly recommend booking if you’d like to reserve a table inside The Yurt as it’s unlikely that we are able to talk walk-ins on fair days!

Our Green Room cafe will also be serving all your favourite coffee, cakes and bakes, alongside sandwiches and salads🥗

A bit of September sunshine and smashed avo on toast sounds like the start of a good weekend!

Brunch served 9am - 11:45am, Tuesday - Saturday, we do take any walk-ins that we can make room for, but we recommend booking to avoid disappointment!

What’s on this week’s set menu?

To start, our chicken liver parfait, served with walnut and thyme granola, leftover focaccia crackers, and damson chutney.

Or our soup of the season, which changes depending on the day so please ask our team on the day!

For main, our Brixham hake with shallots, wild mushrooms, and pancetta, with a red w**e jus, and parsnip crisps, is a perfect dish for the transition between the seasons.

A classic on this week’s menu is our arancini, this week with butternut squash from the kitchen garden, served with roast onion, romesco, sage pesto and crispy kale.

To finish, our spin on the staple apple crumble, with our homemade apple and sultana crumble topping on frozen North Aston Dairy milk custard, with apple sorbet, all the wonderful flavours of a crumble, served cold, perfect for the warmer September sunshine!

Set menu is available Tuesdays - Fridays, from 12pm - 4pm (last kitchen orders at 2:30pm). Two courses for £30, or 3 for £35, perfect for a mid-week lunch treat!
